Consumers Relocation Services (CRS) was founded in 1993 to provide a variety of relocation services to the general consumer and emerging companies. The company was the first to provide corporate like relocation services through a dedicated personal consultant with the corresponding volume discounts to the general consumer and small companies. Originally the company offered a variety of services including moving, mortgage, real estate and rental assistance to customers. Over the course of the past several years it became apparent that the normal customer and many smaller companies only wanted assistance with the management of the household goods move portion of their relocation. As a result, CRS has narrowed its focus to provide only household goods moving assistance and auto transport.

 

 

CRS markets its services primarily through affinity partnerships with associations, real estate companies, corporations and other entities where CRS would be considered a value added service or benefit to employees and transferees. The basis of our services is to provide the highest quality moving services and the most competitive price.

Customers work with only highly experienced Consultants throughout their move. Our philosophy has always been to offer our customers a single point of contact to serve their needs and deliver a truly personalized service. Our Consultants spend time to get to know their individual and corporate customers so that every need may be addressed.

The founders continue to be involved in the day to day operations of the company. This consistency over the last 20 years has allowed the company to build upon its prior success’. Systems, customer service procedures, supplier network, and overall business operations have been constantly updated and improved during this period. The President meets with the entire company every Friday morning to discuss openly issues that the Consultants feel are important to customer service and supplier service.

CRS is privately owned. The company has no parent organization, any subsidiary affiliation or any financial ties to any suppliers or van lines. CRS therefore is totally objective in the selection of suppliers, van lines or local van line agents.
